The Eagles now own a 8-18 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Westlake for a 6A Region IV District 26 test on Friday, October 4. Akins will face a Chaparrals squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Lake Travis (Austin, TX). The Chaparrals record now stands at 23-15.
