The Amherst County Lancers topped the visiting Liberty Minutemen volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Tuesday's league game.

Next up, the Lancers face the Liberty Christian Bulldogs (Lynchburg, VA) in a Seminole game, on Thursday, October 3. Amherst County will attempt to advance on its 4-8 season record. The Bulldogs go into the game with a 12-1 record after their 3-1 league win over Glass (Lynchburg, VA).

The Minutemen (0-11) will now prepare for their game against Glass (Lynchburg, VA). The Hilltoppers go into the Seminole game with a 13-2 record. In their last game, Glass gained a win over Rustburg (Rustburg, VA), 3-1, in a league game.
