The Eagles enter the game with a 3-5 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Jacksonville Christian Academy (Jacksonville, AL).

The Wildcats (21-14) will now prepare for their game against Southeastern (Remlap, AL). The Mustangs enter the non-league game with a 14-4 record. In their last game, Southeastern was tipped by West End (Walnut Grove, AL), 3-1, in a non-league game.
