The Columbus Falcons prevailed the visiting Callaway Chargers volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Tuesday's league game.
Next up, the Falcons confront the West Point Green Wave (West Point, MS) in a non-league game, on Thursday, October 3. Columbus will attempt to advance on its 11-14 season record. The Green Wave enter the game with a 3-14 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Louisville (Louisville, MS).
The Chargers (11-9) will now prepare for their game against Vicksburg (Vicksburg, MS). The Gators enter the Class 6A Region 2 game with a 6-8 record. In their last game, Vicksburg was dropped by Ridgeland (Ridgeland, MS), 3-0, in a league game.
