With the win, Westview improves its record to 18-6 on the season. The Wolverines host Poway (Poway, CA) to face the Titans in a non-league test on Thursday, October 3. The Titans go into the test with a record of 7-16. Poway lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against San Dieguito Academy (Encinitas, CA)

The Nighthawks now own a 9-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host San Marcos for a non-league test on Thursday, October 3. Del Norte will face a Knights squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Torrey Pines (San Diego, CA). The Knights record now stands at 23-5.
