North Carolina High School Volleyball - East Wake Academy over Raleigh Charter

The East Wake Academy Eagles (Zebulon, NC) volleyball knocked off the host Raleigh Charter Phoenix (Raleigh, NC), 3-0 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Eagles now possess a 14-2 record. They play next when they travel to Wake Prep Academy for a Super Six 1A/2A bout on Thursday, October 3. East Wake Academy will clash with a Guardians team coming off a 3-0 league win over Franklin Academy (Wake Forest, NC). The Guardians record now stands at 12-7.

With the loss, Raleigh Charter drops to 2-12 on the campaign. The Phoenix host Excelsior Classical Academy (Durham, NC) to clash with the Flying Lions in a non-league bout on Friday, October 4. The Flying Lions come into the bout with a record of 3-11. Excelsior Classical Academy lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Roxboro Community (Roxboro, NC)
