The Ferndale Yellow Jackets volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Hyndman Charter School Hornets to 0 in the Yellow Jackets league triumph on Tuesday.

The Yellow Jackets now have a 12-2 record. They play next when they travel to Rockwood for a non-league outing on Wednesday, October 2. Ferndale will play a Rockets team coming off a 3-0 league loss to North Star (Boswell, PA). The Rockets record now stands at 0-11.

With the loss, Hyndman Charter School drops to 0-4 on the campaign. The Hornets host Shade (Cairnbrook, PA) to play the Panthers in a non-league outing on Thursday, October 3. The Panthers come into the outing with a record of 11-4. Shade won 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Northern Bedford County (Loysburg, PA)
