In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Firth Cougars volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the West Jefferson Panthers.

The Cougars (8-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Salmon (Salmon, ID). The Savages enter the 3A Nuclear challenge with a 1-14 record. In their last challenge, Salmon was beaten by Challis (Challis, ID), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Panthers meet the Ririe Bulldogs (Ririe, ID) in a 3A Nuclear challenge, on Thursday, October 3. West Jefferson will attempt to upgrade on its 5-7 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 8-3 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Teton (Driggs, ID).
