Alabama High School Volleyball - Sparkman over Florence

Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Sparkman Senators (Harvest, AL) and the host Florence Falcons (Florence, AL), observed Sparkman's volleyball team top Florence by a tally of 3-0.

The Senators (10-17) will now prepare for their contest against Bob Jones (Madison, AL). The Patriots enter the 7A Area 7 contest with a 39-7 record. In their last contest, Bob Jones beat Huntsville (Huntsville, AL), 3-1, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Falcons meet the Hillcrest Patriots (Tuscaloosa, AL) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, October 3. Florence will attempt to upgrade on its 3-19 season record. The Patriots enter the contest with a 10-12 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Sipsey Valley (Buhl, AL).
