The Mayfield Cardinals volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Fulton County Pilots to 0 in the Cardinals non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Cardinals now have a 16-4 record. They play next when they travel to Murray for a non-league outing on Thursday, October 3. Mayfield will play a Tigers team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Trigg County (Cadiz, KY). The Tigers record now stands at 10-7.
With the loss, Fulton County drops to 6-11 on the campaign. The Pilots host Murray (Murray, KY) to play the Tigers in a non-league outing on Monday, October 14. The Tigers come into the outing with a record of 10-7.
