The Galena Grizzlies (Reno, NV) volleyball knocked off the host McQueen Lancers (Reno, NV), 3-1 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Grizzlies now possess a 7-5 record. They play next when they travel to Reed for a 5A Northern bout on Wednesday, October 2. Galena will clash with a Raiders team coming off a 3-1 league loss to McQueen (Reno, NV). The Raiders record now stands at 10-13.

With the loss, McQueen drops to 16-10 on the campaign. The Lancers travel to Bishop Manogue (Reno, NV) to clash with the Miners in a 5A Northern bout on Thursday, October 3. The Miners come into the bout with a record of 16-8. Bishop Manogue won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Douglas (Minden, NV)
