Alabama High School Volleyball - Oakman tips Gordo

Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Oakman Wildcats (Oakman, AL) and the host Gordo Green Wave (Gordo, AL), observed Oakman's volleyball team hold off Gordo by a count of 3-2.

The Wildcats (8-11) will now prepare for their contest against Carbon Hill (Carbon Hill, AL). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 8-19 record. In their last contest, Carbon Hill was tipped by Winston County (Double Springs, AL), 3-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Green Wave meet the Lamar County Bulldogs (Vernon, AL) in a non-league contest, on Monday, October 7. Gordo will attempt to move on its 8-6 season record.
