In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Greater Lowell Tech Gryphons volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Lowell Catholic Crusaders.

The Gryphons (6-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Revere (Revere, MA). The Patriots come into the non-league challenge with a 6-6 record. In their last challenge, Revere beat Lynn English (Lynn, MA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Crusaders play the Mystic Valley Regional Eagles (Malden, MA) in a Commonwealth Upper challenge, on Tuesday, October 8. Lowell Catholic will attempt to upgrade on its 7-4 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 4-7 record after their 3-1 non-league win over KIPP Academy Lynn Collegiate (Lynn, MA).
