The Lancers (19-1) will now prepare for their contest against Cimarron (Cimarron, KS). The Bluejays enter the non-league contest with a 16-8 record. In their last contest, Cimarron notched a victory over Goodland (Goodland, KS), 2-1, in a league contest.

Next, the Longhorns battle the South Gray Rebels (Montezuma, KS) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, October 8. Hodgeman County will attempt to move on its 8-15 season record. The Rebels enter the contest with a 22-4 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Cimarron (Cimarron, KS).
