The Manchester Valley Mavericks beat the visiting Winters Mill Falcons volleyball team by a tally of 3-0 in Tuesday's league challenge.
The Mavericks (6-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Liberty (Sykesville, MD). The Lions come into the MVAL - Chesapeake challenge with a 3-5 record. In their last challenge, Liberty beat Century (Sykesville, MD), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Falcons meet the Francis Scott Key Eagles (Union Bridge, MD) in a MVAL - Chesapeake challenge, on Monday, October 7. Winters Mill will attempt to upgrade on its 1-7 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 0-7 record after their 3-0 league loss to South Carroll (Sykesville, MD).
