North Carolina High School Volleyball - Millennium tips Triad Math and Science Academy

Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Millennium Lions (Mount Airy, NC) and the host Triad Math and Science Academy Bengals (Greensboro, NC), observed Millennium's volleyball team hold off Triad Math and Science Academy by a count of 3-2.

The Lions (6-6) will now prepare for their contest against Cornerstone Charter (Greensboro, NC). The Cardinals enter the Northwest Piedmont 1A contest with a 14-2 record. In their last contest, Cornerstone Charter got by Trinity (Trinity, NC), 3-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Bengals battle the Leadership Academy Falcons (Kernersville, NC) in a Northwest Piedmont 1A contest, on Thursday, October 3. Triad Math and Science Academy will attempt to move on its 2-13 season record. The Falcons enter the contest with a 13-4 record after their 3-0 league win over Bethany (Summerfield, NC).
