California High School Volleyball - Piedmont Hills over Prospect

Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Piedmont Hills Pirates (San Jose, CA) and the host Prospect Panthers (Saratoga, CA), observed Piedmont Hills's volleyball team top Prospect by a tally of 3-1.

The Pirates (8-8) will now prepare for their contest against Lincoln (San Jose, CA). The Lions enter the BVAL - Santa Teresa West contest with a 10-9 record. In their last contest, Lincoln was beaten by Del Mar (San Jose, CA), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Panthers meet the San Jose Bulldogs (San Jose, CA) in a BVAL - Santa Teresa West contest, on Thursday, October 3. Prospect will attempt to upgrade on its 3-12 season record. The Bulldogs enter the contest with a 7-12 record after their 3-1 league loss to Willow Glen (San Jose, CA).
