The Tigers (6-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Holt (Holt, AL). The Ironmen enter the non-league challenge with a 0-6 record. In their last challenge, Holt was tipped by West Blocton (West Blocton, AL), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Wildcats meet the Briarwood Christian Lions (Birmingham, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 8. Shelby County will attempt to upgrade on its 4-9 season record. The Lions enter the challenge with a 13-9 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Sylacauga (Sylacauga, AL).
