With the win, Wesleyan Christian improves its record to 16-9 on the season. The Mustangs host Oklahoma Union (South Coffeyville, OK) to face the Cougars in a non-league test on Tuesday, October 8. The Cougars go into the test with a record of 7-16.

The Eagles now own a 12-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oklahoma Union for a non-league test on Thursday, October 3. Summit Christian Academy will face a Cougars squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Muskogee (Muskogee, OK). The Cougars record now stands at 7-16.
