With the win, Thomas Nelson improves its record to 10-10 on the season. The Generals host North Bullitt (Shepherdsville, KY) to encounter the Eagles in a non-league battle on Thursday, October 3. The Eagles go into the battle with a record of 15-5.

The Commanders now own a 4-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bardstown for a District 19 battle on Thursday, October 3.
