El Camino Real Royals (Woodland Hills, CA) followers went home pleased Wednesday as they saw their flag football team nip the host Cleveland Cavaliers (Reseda, CA), 19-13 in a league battle.

With the win, El Camino Real upgrades its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Royals travel to Birmingham (Lake Balboa, CA) to confront the Patriots in a West Valley battle on Monday, October 6. The Patriots go into the battle with a record of 5-1. Birmingham won 6-0 in their recent non-league battle against Sherman Oaks CES (Reseda, CA)

The Cavaliers now have a 6-5 record. They play next when they travel to Taft for a match on Monday, October 6. Cleveland will meet a Toreadors squad coming off a 19-12 league win over Chatsworth (Chatsworth, CA). The Toreadors record now stands at 3-1.
