The Rosary Academy Royals got by the visiting Laguna Beach Breakers flag football team by a score of 14-13 in Wednesday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Royals play the Sage Hill Lightning (Newport Beach, CA) in a Pacific Coast test, on Monday, October 6. Rosary Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 6-17 season record. The Lightning come into the test with a 7-9 record after their 44-0 league loss to Portola (Irvine, CA).

With the defeat, Laguna Beach moves to 3-11 on the season. The Breakers host University (Irvine, CA) to face the Trojans in a Pacific Coast challenge on Monday, October 6. The Trojans go into the challenge with a record of 8-11. University won 32-6 in their recent league challenge against Irvine (Irvine, CA)
