The Palm Desert Aztecs flag football squad scored 19 points and limited the visiting Xavier Prep Saints to 13 in the Aztecs non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Aztecs now sport a 7-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Paul for a non-league test on Saturday, October 4. Palm Desert will face a Swordsmen team coming off a 34-0 non-league win over Bishop Diego (Santa Barbara, CA). The Swordsmen record now stands at 7-7.

The Saints (7-10) will now prepare for their challenge against La Quinta (La Quinta, CA). The Blackhawks enter the non-league challenge with a 5-10 record. In their last challenge, La Quinta was edged by Palm Springs (Palm Springs, CA), 7-6, in a league challenge.
