The Lake-Lehman Knights soccer squad scored 8 points and held the host Hanover Area Hawkeyes to 1 in the Knights league victory on Wednesday.
The Knights now hold a 11-1 record. They play next when they host Wyoming Valley West for a non-league bout on Saturday, October 4. Lake-Lehman will play a Spartans squad coming off a 0-0 league Berwick (Berwick, PA). The Spartans record now stands at 1-9.
The Hawkeyes (4-8) will now prepare for their game against Carbondale Area (Carbondale, PA). The Chargers come into the non-league game with a 1-11 record. In their last game, Carbondale Area was overwhelmed by Lakeland (Jermyn, PA), 7-2, in a league game.
