The Pine Lake Prep Pride soccer squad scored 2 points and held the visiting Community School of Davidson Spartans to 0 in the Pride non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Pride now possess a 7-4 record. They take the field next when they host Christ the King for a non-league game on Monday, October 6. Pine Lake Prep will face a Crusaders team coming off a 1-1 non-league Langtree Charter Academy (Mooresville, NC). The Crusaders record now stands at 4-1.

The Spartans (2-6) will now prepare for their game against Lincoln Charter (Denver, NC). The Eagles come into the non-league game with a 4-3 record. In their last game, Lincoln Charter held off Bradford Prep (Charlotte, NC), 2-1, in a non-league game.
