With the win, Grant County improves its record to 11-2 on the campaign. The Braves host Eminence (Eminence, KY) to meet the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Thursday, October 2. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 3-1.

Next, the Wildcats meet the Fleming County Panthers (Flemingsburg, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 4. Pendleton County will attempt to upgrade on its 0-8 season record.
