Manheim Township Blue Streaks (Lancaster, PA) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Cedar Crest Falcons (Lebanon, PA), 2-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, Manheim Township moves its record to 7-4 on the campaign. The Blue Streaks travel to J.P. McCaskey (Lancaster, PA) to meet the Red Tornado in a non-league test on Friday, October 3. The Red Tornado come into the test with a record of 8-7. J.P. McCaskey won 1-0 in their recent non-league test against Penn Manor (Millersville, PA)

The Falcons now sport a 9-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Warwick for a Lancaster - Lebanon Section 1 test on Friday, October 3. Cedar Crest will meet a Warriors team coming off a 3-0 league win over Hempfield (Landisville, PA). The Warriors record now stands at 13-1.
