The Tunkhannock Tigers edged the visiting Wyoming Seminary College Prep Blue Knights soccer team by a tally of 4-3 in Wednesday's league challenge.
The Tigers now hold a 10-2 record. They play next when they host Lake-Lehman for a Wyoming Valley 3 challenge on Monday, October 6. Tunkhannock will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 4-1 league win over Holy Redeemer (Wilkes-Barre, PA). The Knights record now stands at 13-1.
With the loss, Wyoming Seminary College Prep moves to 9-4 on the year. The Blue knights travel to Hanover Area (Hanover Township, PA) to encounter the Hawkeyes in a Wyoming Valley 3 challenge on Monday, October 6. The Hawkeyes go into the contest with a record of 10-5. Hanover Area won 3-0 in their recent league contest against Berwick (Berwick, PA)
