Connecticut High School Soccer - Whitney RVT knocks off Vinal RVT

In Wednesday's league outing, the visiting Whitney RVT Owls soccer squad scored a tight 4-1 victory over the Vinal RVT Hawks.
The Owls (3-6) will now prepare for their test against Platt RVT (Milford, CT). The Panthers come into the Connecticut Technical test with a 3-5 record.
The Hawks now have a 0-9 record. They take the field next when they host Wilcox RVT for a Connecticut Technical test on Thursday, October 2. Vinal RVT will clash with a Wildcats team coming off a 2-0 league win over Cheney Tech (Manchester, CT). The Wildcats record now stands at 6-3.
