With the triumph, Tucker improves its record to 2-5 on the year. The Tigers host Miller Grove (Lithonia, GA) to play the Wolverines in a non-league game on Thursday, October 2. The Wolverines enter the game with a record of 15-1. Miller Grove won 18-3 in their recent non-league game against McNair (Atlanta, GA)

The Jaguars now hold a 6-11 record. They play next when they travel to Lithonia for a non-league game on Tuesday, October 7. Stephenson will play a Bulldogs squad coming off a 18-0 league loss to Northview (Johns Creek, GA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-19.
