Fans at Wednesday's league contest between the WISH Academy Owls (Los Angeles, CA) and the visiting Animo Watts Warriors (Los Angeles, CA), observed WISH Academy's volleyball team top Animo Watts by a count of 3-0.

The Owls (5-12) will now prepare for their contest against University Prep Value (Los Angeles, CA). The Wolves enter the non-league contest with a 14-5 record. In their last test, University Prep Value achieved victory over Collins Family (Huntington Park, CA), 3-1, in a non-league test.

The Warriors now own a 0-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Animo Venice for a Ocean challenge on Monday, October 6. Animo Watts will meet a Pirates team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Animo Pat Brown (Los Angeles, CA). The Pirates record now stands at 3-9.
