In Wednesday's league bout, the Arete Prep CHARGERS (Gilbert, AZ) volleyball team knocked off the visiting Leading Edge Academy - GEC Spartans (Gilbert, AZ), by a margin of 3-0.
The CHARGERS now possess a 5-8 record. They play next when they host Wickenburg for a non-league bout on Thursday, October 2. Arete Prep will clash with a Wranglers team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Camp Verde (Camp Verde, AZ). The Wranglers record now stands at 12-7.
