In Wednesday's league match, the Bartlett Yancey Buccaneers (Yanceyville, NC) volleyball squad overcame the visiting Reidsville Rams (Reidsville, NC), by a margin of 3-0.

The Buccaneers now possess a 12-3 record. They play next when they travel to Southeast Alamance for a non-league bout on Monday, October 6. Bartlett Yancey will clash with a Stallions team coming off a 3-0 league win over Graham (Graham, NC). The Stallions record now stands at 12-6.

With the loss, Reidsville drops to 4-10 on the campaign. The Rams host Walkertown (Walkertown, NC) to battle the Wolfpack in a Mid-State 3A/4A/5A match on Tuesday, October 7.
