Louisiana High School Volleyball - Beau Chene over Port Barre

In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the host Beau Chene Gators volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Port Barre Red Devils.
The Gators (7-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Cecilia (Cecilia, LA). The Bulldogs go into the Division II District 4 test with a 2-15 record. In their last test, Cecilia went down by St. Thomas More (Lafayette, LA), 3-0, in a league test.
The Red Devils now sport a 8-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to False River for a non-league test on Thursday, October 2. Port Barre will play a Gators team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Glen Oaks (Baton Rouge, LA). The Gators record now stands at 6-8.
