The Bishop Watterson Eagles (Columbus, OH) volleyball knocked off the visiting St. Francis DeSales Stallions (Columbus, OH), 3-0 in Wednesday's league bout.

The Eagles now possess a 9-8 record. They play next when they host Mount Notre Dame for a non-league bout on Saturday, October 4. Bishop Watterson will clash with a team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Bishop Fenwick (Franklin, OH). The record now stands at 11-8.

With the loss, St. Francis DeSales drops to 13-7 on the campaign. The Stallions travel to Granville (Granville, OH) to clash with the Blue Aces in a non-league bout on Monday, October 6.
