Arizona High School Volleyball - Buckeye over Desert Edge

The Buckeye Hawks (Buckeye, AZ) volleyball were victorious over the visiting Desert Edge Scorpions (Goodyear, AZ), 3-1 in Wednesday's league bout.

The Hawks now possess a 10-6 record. They take the field next when they host North Canyon for a 5A - Desert West match on Tuesday, October 7. Buckeye will confront a Rattlers squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Youngker (Buckeye, AZ). The Rattlers record now stands at 2-7.

With the loss, Desert Edge drops to 10-9 on the campaign. The Scorpions host Canyon View (Waddell, AZ) to clash with the Jaguars in a 5A - Desert West bout on Thursday, October 2. The Jaguars come into the bout with a record of 13-6. Canyon View lost 3-0 in their recent non-league match against Liberty (Peoria, AZ)
