The Center Line Panthers edged the visiting Hazel Park Vikings volleyball team by a margin of 3-2 in Wednesday's league outing.

The Panthers now possess a 5-5 record. They play next when they travel to South Lake for a non-league outing on Monday, October 6. Center Line will play a Cavaliers team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Clintondale (Clinton Township, MI). The Cavaliers record now stands at 8-4.

With the loss, Hazel Park drops to 7-7 on the campaign. The Vikings host New Haven (New Haven, MI) to play the Rockets in a Macomb Area - Silver outing on Tuesday, October 7. The Rockets come into the outing with a record of 2-6.
