The Meridian Trojans volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Lynden Christian Lyncs to 2 in the Trojans league triumph on Wednesday.

The Trojans now have a 6-2 record. They play next when they travel to Okanogan for a non-league outing on Saturday, October 4. Meridian will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Omak (Omak, WA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-4.

With the loss, Lynden Christian drops to 6-3 on the campaign. The Lyncs travel to Sehome (Bellingham, WA) to confront the Mariners in a 1A/2A/3A Northwest game on Wednesday, October 8. The Mariners go into the game with a record of 8-0.
