The Monroe Bearcats volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Marysville Getchell to 0 in the Bearcats league triumph on Wednesday.
The Bearcats now have a 7-0 record. They play next when they travel to Marysville-Pilchuck for a 2A/3A/4A Wesco outing on Tuesday, October 7. Monroe will play a Tomahawks team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Everett (Everett, WA). The Tomahawks record now stands at 0-6.
With the loss, Marysville Getchell drops to 1-7 on the campaign. The travel to Snohomish (Snohomish, WA) to play the Panthers in a 2A/3A/4A Wesco outing on Tuesday, October 7. The Panthers come into the outing with a record of 3-5.
