In Wednesday's non-league match, the North Moore Mustangs (Robbins, NC) volleyball squad prevailed the visiting Western Harnett Eagles (Lillington, NC), by a count of 3-0.
Next up, the Mustangs confront the Northwood Chargers (Pittsboro, NC) in a Four Rivers 3A/4A match, on Thursday, October 2. North Moore will attempt to move on its 12-4 season record. The Chargers enter the match with a 3-13 record after their 3-1 league win over Jordan-Matthews (Siler City, NC).
The Eagles (2-17) will now prepare for their match against South Johnston (Four Oaks, NC). The Trojans enter the Carolina Pines 6A match with a 7-10 record. In their last match, South Johnston defeated Lee County (Sanford, NC), 3-0, in a league bout.
