The Oasis Academy Bighorns volleyball squad (Fallon, NV), was beaten 3-0 in Wednesday's league challenge with the host Pershing County Mustangs (Lovelock, NV)

The Mustangs (7-9) will now prepare for their challenge against North Tahoe (Tahoe City, CA). The Lakers enter the 2A Northern challenge with a 12-4 record. In their last challenge, North Tahoe beat Coral Academy of Science - Reno (Reno, NV), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Bighorns meet the North Tahoe Lakers (Tahoe City, CA) in a 2A Northern challenge, on Saturday, October 4. Oasis Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 4-13 season record. The Lakers enter the challenge with a 12-4 record after their 3-0 league win over Coral Academy of Science - Reno (Reno, NV).
