Roosevelt (New York, NY) backers were pleased Wednesday as they witnessed their volleyball team tip the visiting West End Wildcats (Manhattan, NY), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.
The (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Inwood Academy (New York, NY). The Trailblazers come into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Inwood Academy was nudged by Luperon (New York, NY), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Wildcats play the Inwood Academy Trailblazers (New York, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, October 15. West End will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
