Next, the Hawks confront the Mayfield Trojans (Las Cruces, NM) in a 5A District 3 challenge, on Wednesday, October 12. Centennial will attempt to better on its 15-1 season record. The Trojans enter the challenge with a 8-7 record after their 1-0 league win over Las Cruces (Las Cruces, NM).

The Tigers now have a 7-8 record. They take the field next when they host Organ Mountain for a 5A District 3 challenge on Wednesday, October 12. Alamogordo will confront a Knights team coming off a 1-0 league loss to Gadsden (Anthony, NM). The Knights record now stands at 11-4.
