Wisdom Pioneers (St. Agatha, ME) fans were thrilled Monday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Fort Fairfield Tigers (Fort Fairfield, ME), 3-2 in a league challenge.

Next, the Pioneers confront the Southern Aroostook Warriors (Dyer Brook, ME) in a Class D - North challenge, on Wednesday, October 12. Wisdom will attempt to better on its 9-3 season record. The Warriors enter the challenge with a 0-13 record after their 8-1 league loss to Katahdin (Sherman Station, ME).

The Tigers now have a 8-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to East Grand for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, October 11. Fort Fairfield will confront a Vikings team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Washburn (Washburn, ME). The Vikings record now stands at 4-7.
