Foxcroft Academy Ponies (Dover-Foxcroft, ME) fans were pleased Monday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Hermon Hawks (Hermon, ME), 2-1 in a league challenge.

Next, the Ponies confront the Dexter Tigers (Dexter, ME) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, October 12. Foxcroft Academy will attempt to better on its 5-5 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 1-10 record after their 5-2 league loss to Orono (Orono, ME).

The Hawks now have a 1-10 record. They take the field next when they host Old Town for a Class B - North challenge on Wednesday, October 12. Hermon will confront a Coyotes team coming off a 4-1 league loss to Caribou (Caribou, ME). The Coyotes record now stands at 4-6.
