The Morgan County Bulldogs the visiting Prince Avenue Christian Wolverines softball squad by a final score of 4-2 in Monday's non-league battle.
The Bulldogs (18-10) will now prepare for their battle against Jackson (Jackson, GA). The Red Devils go into the non-league battle with a 14-9 record. In their last battle, Jackson held off Strong Rock Christian (Locust Grove, GA), 13-0, in a non-league battle.
The Wolverines now possess a 20-8 record. They play next when they host Jasper County for a 1A D-I Region 5 battle on Tuesday, October 11. Prince Avenue Christian will confront a Hurricanes squad coming off a 10-2 league loss to Oglethorpe County (Lexington, GA). The Hurricanes record now stands at 5-14.
