North Carolina High School Volleyball - High Point Central over Ben L. Smith

The crowd at Monday's league bout between the High Point Central Bison (High Point, NC) and the visiting Ben L. Smith Golden Eagles (Greensboro, NC), saw High Point Central's volleyball squad beat Ben L. Smith by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, High Point Central upgrades its record to 11-8 on the year. The Bison host Northeast Guilford (McLeansville, NC) to play the Rams in a Mid-State 3A bout on Monday, October 10. The Rams go into the bout with a record of 4-10. Northeast Guilford lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Atkins (Winston-Salem, NC)

The Golden Eagles now own a 6-8 record. They play next when they travel to Eastern Guilford for a Mid-State 3A bout on Tuesday, October 11. Ben L. Smith will play a Wildcats squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Southern Guilford (Greensboro, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-15.
