California High School Volleyball - Mira Costa over Culver City

The crowd at Monday's league bout between the Mira Costa Mustangs (Manhattan Beach, CA) and the host Culver City Centaurs (Culver City, CA), saw Mira Costa's volleyball squad beat Culver City by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Mira Costa upgrades its record to 32-3 on the year. The Mustangs host Redondo Union (Redondo Beach, CA) to play the Sea Hawks in a Bay bout on Thursday, October 13. The Sea Hawks go into the bout with a record of 25-10. Redondo Union won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Peninsula (Rolling Hills Estates, CA)

The Centaurs now sport a 9-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Santa Monica for a Bay contest on Wednesday, October 12. Culver City will battle a Vikings squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Palos Verdes (Palos Verdes Estates, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 7-11.
