The Johnson County Central Thunderbirds volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Falls City Tigers to 0 in the Thunderbirds non-league victory on Monday.

The Thunderbirds now possess a 16-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Palmyra for a non-league game on Tuesday, October 11. Johnson County Central will meet a Panthers team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Auburn (Auburn, NE). The Panthers record now stands at 21-4.

The Tigers (17-9) will now prepare for their game against Auburn (Auburn, NE). The Bulldogs enter the C1 District 3 game with a 5-19 record. In their last game, Auburn was dropped by Palmyra (Palmyra, NE), 3-0, in a non-league game.
