In Monday's league battle, the host Grant Pacers volleyball team scored a tight 3-2 triumph over the River City Raiders.
The Pacers (11-7) will now prepare for their battle against Kennedy (Sacramento, CA). The Cougars come into the Metropolitan Conference battle with a 8-8 record. In their last battle, Kennedy nudged Laguna Creek (Elk Grove, CA), 3-1, in a league battle.
